Ingredients:
120 g (0.5 cups) unsweetened oat milk
112 g (0.5 cups) ice cubes
58 g (0.3 cups) strawberries (chopped)
8 g (1 tbsp) hemp protein powder
5 g (0.5 tbsp) oats (dry)
5 g (1 tsp) lemon juice
0.4 g (4 leaves) fresh mint
0.1 g (1 drop) stevia liquid
Feel free to substitute our suggested protein powder with any other protein powder you have. You may also substitute our suggested sweetener with any other sugar-free sweetener you have.
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
