If you find the recipe not appealing, you can easily switch it to another one.
Kindly note, that there are two ways of changing recipes in the MyBody app.
First option (swap meals):
1. Open the MyBody app;
2. Navigate to the 'Meals' section at the bottom of the screen;
3. Tap 'Swap' on the meal which you'd like to replace;
4. You can scroll through the 'Recommendation list', choose a meal from your 'Favourite list', or search meal by name in the search field;
5. After you choose a meal from the list, tap on it;
6. Then press 'Select' > 'Change meal' > Yes.
Second option (change a meal plan):
- Click on the Settings icon at the top-right of any screen.
- Click the Nutrition preferences.
- Tap My meal plan.
- Select the plan you'd like to try, then tap Learn more.
- Check out the plan.
- Tap Use this plan and choose the start date.
Click Confirm and wait a couple of minutes until the plan is prepared.
